Please contact your veterinarian's office and request a copy of your pet's up-to-date vaccinations. Please bring them in with you for ECPR files.

Daycare, Boarding and Bath Services Requirements:

Proof of the following vaccinations/tests are required prior
to dogs being placed in our care:

• Rabies
• Bordetella
• DHLPP

Add to nightly rate $3.00 intact male fee for all unaltered male dogs.

We will add to nightly rate $6.00 for In Season Care fee for any female dogs that go into heat while in our care.

Requirements for cat boarding:

Proof of the following vaccinations/tests are required prior to cats being placed in our care for cat daycare, grooming or boarding:

• FVRCP
• FeLV
• Rabies

IMPORTANT: Dogs and cats must be free of fleas and ticks and up-to-date with treatments at check-in.

If pets are found to be infested, ECPR will be required to bath and treat pet at owner's expense.

Note:

A $3.00 per night Puppy Care fee will be assessed for dogs 9 months old and younger.

We do not charge extra for early pet boarding check-ins, within our office hours. However, dogs checked out after 12:00 pm are assessed a $4.50 per hour daycare fee. And cats checked out after 1:00 pm are assessed a $2.50 per hour daycare fee.

There is a $20.00 fee for early bird or late night check-ins and check-outs, outside of our office hours. Please contact us in advance and we'll try to accommodate your needs.

A deposit is required prior to your pet(s) boarding stay. If there is a cancelation for any reason the deposit remains on your account as a boarding credit and is redeemable at your pet(s) next boarding stay.

No refunds for early pick-up.
If you pick up your dog or cat prior to the scheduled pick-up date, we cannot issue a refund for the unused days. Please realize too, that we may not be able to send your pet and his/her bedding home as clean as we would on your scheduled pick-up day.
